Welcome to Come Here 'Til I Tell Ya!

So here we are, starting off with this idea that one could say has been more or less done before. It might have been, but not to my knowledge. Allow me to explain this blogsite to you...


Firstly, why is it called Come Here 'Til I Tell Ya? Well, I myself am Irish, and it's a common phrase that flows perfectly with the accent and is used when someone has something interesting, juicy or shocking to say. That's just my definition, though. It can be used when someone wants to say anything to someone, I suppose. Anyway, I thought that was quite a fitting title for this blog and you'll understand why after you've read the next paragraph.


The point of this blog is to allow people like yourself to share what's on their mind anonymously. You can challenge, question and comment the Spits (oh yes, that's what we'll be calling each of the anonymous paragraphs. Think of them as mind spits; things you may otherwise keep to yourself had you not got such a wonderful place to share them, haha).


Each week, I will post 3 simple introductions for paragraphs anyone to choose from and from there they can continue the paragraph with whatever subject they wish.
For example, if I post the intro "I wish..." then anyone can take that and write whatever they want as long as the paragraph starts with "I wish...", get it? It can be about absolutely anything, and it can be any length you want - from a sentence to an essay. It doesn't have to be deep and meaningful either, if that's not what you're into. It can be fun, innocent and honest.


This site is basically a public diary, if you will. Each week I will choose a few and post them on the blog. One's that strike me as entertaining, or meaningful, or touching, or even simple. You never know, really.


Whether there's something you've been holding onto that you just need to get off your chest, or if there's something you've been thinking about that grinds your gears, or even if you're just looking for something to do when you're bored, then you should definitely give this a try.


Also, if there's anything that's totally unrelated to the week's intros, you know; just something you need to let go of, then feel free to e-mail it to me. If enough of these type of Spits come in then perhaps there'll be a special section in posts for that sort of thing. We'll have to wait and see, I suppose.



So, here's the deal about e-mailing. Any and every e-mail you wish to send me can be sent to comeheretilitellya@gmail.com - simple enough right? But, just to make it easier for me, could you please follow these guidelines?



In the subject title can you put one of these:
'#QUESTION' if it's a question or an inquiry of any type.
'#INTROSPIT' if it's a spit regarding one of the week's intro choices.
'#FREESPIT' if it's a spit that is totally unrelated to the week's intros. If it's just something you want off your chest.
'#FEEDBACK' if you have any feedback or suggestions for me.
'#OTHER' if it's anything else!
